How to Measure for the Perfect Fit
To get the most accurate results, we recommend measuring a t-shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay the garment flat on a hard surface and use a fabric measuring tape.
1. Chest (Width)
Place the tape measure at the seam under one arm and pull it across to the seam under the opposite arm.

Pro Tip: This is a "half-chest" measurement. Double this number if you are measuring your body circumference.
2. Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where the collar meets the shoulder seam) straight down to the very bottom of the hem.
3. Shoulder
Measure from the point where the left shoulder seam meets the sleeve, across the top of the back, to the same point on the right shoulder.
4. Sleeve Length

For Men: Measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the sleeve cuff.

For Women: Since our women’s shirts feature a shorter sleeve, measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening.
5. Sleeve Open (Women's Only)
Measure the width of the sleeve opening from one side to the other while the garment is laid flat.
💡 Quick Tips for Success:
Between sizes? If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit, or the smaller size if you prefer a slim, athletic fit.
Account for shrinkage: Most cotton-blend shirts may shrink slightly after the first wash. If you are right on the edge of a size, it is usually safer to size up.
